Request a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay. The noise from the lively plaza can be noticeable.

Fabulous hotel, the staff were all pleasant and exceptional and the location was marvelous in pedestrian area. Location: the venue was just next door to the old Madrid and centre of building and a fascinating cafe downstairs. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe de Oriente, that offered tea and coffee. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was wonderful throughout the hotel.

From skeptic to superfan
Unbeatable location right across from the Royal Palace! The staff went out of their way to assist us.
The bathrooms were on the small side, might need some getting used to for travelers after a long day exploring the city.

Thrilling to have a view, but my shower was quite the disaster, it was slow and awkward without the knob. I almost could've overlooked this, but no one seemed to care about my concerns! No complimentary wine? It surely woudl ve been a lovely touch for such a so-called classy place.

The Premium Double Room was spacious and super clean, with comfy beds and soft pillows, made it hard to leave in the morning. Plus, the view of the Royal Palace from our room was amazing! The air conditioning worked great, a lifesaver. Just a heads-up, the bathroom wasn't huge but it did the trick. All in all, a lovely spot to chill out after a day of exploring!

We had a fantastic time! The views from our room were just stunning, especially of the palace. The little touches, like the helpful staff lending us an umbrella, made our stay feel so homey. However, the noise from the café below was a bit much during the day.

Fine views and great hospitality
The room was spacious and clean. Alina at the reception was helpful, even lending us her umbrella during a rainy day. I found the in-room coffee options a bit lacking, as they only offered instant packets.
